4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding refunds. Note that after 1 week (7 days) from the start of the service, no refunds will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

Content Supply: The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and other materials required for the completion of the project.

Feedback & Approval: Timely feedback and approvals are required to keep the project on schedule. Delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the work delivered to the client will be transferred to the client. However, AGR Informatics reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.

Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used (e.g., stock images, plugins) may be subject to additional licensing fees and are governed by their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

AGR Informatics agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without the client’s written consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Liability

No Warranty: AGR Informatics provides services on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: AGR Informatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Amendments

AGR Informatics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA
